Trust, Estate + Fiduciary Litigation

Dan draws upon his broad and extensive experience handling complex litigation to effectively represent petitioners and respondents in individual beneficiary and fiduciary matters related to allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, trust and estate property disputes, fiduciary accounting controversies, trustee removal and surcharge, and claims of financial abuse. In addition, Dan counsels corporate and professional fiduciaries in a variety of matters related to fiduciary liability assessment, settlement implementation, trust interpretation, and beneficiary and co-trustee relationships.

Prior to joining Anderson Yazdi, Dan was an Associate in the Litigation Department of Perkins Coie, LLP where he handled complex commercial litigation involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, securities fraud, intellectual property infringement, and invasion of privacy.
