Cyn J. Haueter provides her clients with a range of services related to trusts and estates. In addition to foundational estate planning, Cyn advises clients regarding estate planning for blended and nontraditional families, wealth transfers and preservation, and other tax issues. Cyn’s practice includes trust and probate administration, and she has represented both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested matters.

Cyn has been practicing trusts and estates law since 2021. She enjoys collaborating with clients to develop and achieve their estate planning goals. Cyn received her law degree from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2020, where she was executive managing editor of the Journal on Gender and Justice (formerly Hastings Women’s Law Journal).
