With 35 years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration and charitable gift planning, Phil enjoys listening to clients express their goals in a non-technical way, and then partnering with them to tailor customized strategies and documents designed to achieve those goals.

Phil’s positions prior to joining Anderson Yazdi include Senior Associate Director of Planned Giving at Stanford University, of counsel to Berliner Cohen LLP, and his solo practice in the Central Valley. [Law Office of Philip Golden].  Early in his career, Phil was associated with several of Anderson Yazdi’s current and emeritus attorneys.
